- If you wish to contact us, please send an email to contact@tromfy.com with your query and contact details, and we will get back to you shortly.
- Order
- Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.
- If there is an error in the order confirmation, you should contact us immediately via email at contact@tromfy.com.
- Delivery
- Our delivery times are 7-11 days. Note that orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest.
- Packages who haven't been picked up from postal agent and being sent back to us will be charged with €14.95. You as a customer have full responsibility every necessary information is filled in the form during the order.
- If delivery delays occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us via email at contact@tromfy.com.
- Prices
- All prices in the store are stated in the selected currency and include 25% VAT.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices due to price changes from suppliers, errors in the price list, or incorrect prices due to inaccurate information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
- Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you, as a customer, have a 14-day withdrawal period that applies from the day you receive a product you have ordered.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal: - You must notify us of your decision to withdraw. The notification should be sent to us at contact@tromfy.com. In your message, please clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return concerns.
- You should inform TROMFY about withdrawal as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you recieved your goods (Date of delivery).
- As the customer, you will be provided with a return label from TROMFY. You are responsible for the shipment and condition of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount of €5.95 for return handling and shipping costs.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to: - Products where the sticker has been removed from the packaging are not eligible for the right of withdrawal. If the seal is broken, the right of withdrawal is forfeited.

- Complaints
- We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to correct the error free of charge.
- You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

The complaint must be submitted immediately after the defect has been discovered.
6.1 How to proceed with a complaint? - Any errors or defects should always be reported to contact@tromfy.com, including your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.
- If we are unable to remedy the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping for approved complaints.
- We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the product is not deemed defective under current consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines of the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see www.arn.se.
- Limitation of Liability
- We accept no responsibility for indirect damages that may result from the product.
- We also accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Examples of such circumstances include labor conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or non-existent delivery from suppliers.
- Furthermore, we take no responsibility for changes to products/product features that have been modified by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
- Product Information
- We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this webpage and stock shortages. We do not guarantee that the images represent the exact appearance of the products, as some color differences may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to display the products as accurately as possible.

- Card Compatibility and Liability Disclaimer
- 11.1 Card Compatibility
Our credit card skins are designed for decorative purposes only and are intended to be applied to standard credit, debit, or payment cards. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment card issuer permits the application of skins, stickers, or similar modifications. We are not responsible for any restrictions imposed by card issuers, banks, or payment networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express). - 11.2 Use at Your Own Risk
By purchasing and applying our skins, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage to your credit, debit, or payment card, including but not limited to:
• Malfunction of the card’s chip, magnetic stripe, or contactless functionality.
• Refusal of your card by merchants, banks, or ATMs due to the applied skin.
• Any fees, penalties, or card replacement costs imposed by your bank or card issuer. - 11.3 Proper Application and Removal
• Customers should follow the provided instructions for applying and removing the skins.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper application or removal of the product.
• The adhesive used on our skins is designed to be removable; however, individual card materials may react differently, and we cannot guarantee residue-free removal in all cases. - 11.4 No Affiliation with Banks or Card Issuers
Our products are third-party accessories and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any bank, card issuer, or payment network. Any logos, trademarks, or brand names appearing on the cards are the property of their respective owners. - 11.5 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BROX. Original AB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. In any case, our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or Norway, you may also be entitled to the protection of mandatory provisions under the laws of your country of residence.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall primarily be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If no resolution is reached, disputes may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) (www.arn.se) or an equivalent consumer dispute resolution body in your country.
For online dispute resolution, you may also submit complaints via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through alternative dispute resolution, it shall be settled by the courts of Sweden, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
