Terms of Purchase
- About TROMFY™
- TROMFY™ is operated by TROMFY AB, company registration number 559492-3160.
- The company is registered and based in Sweden.
- You can contact us by email at contact@tromfy.com. Please include your name, order number and a clear description of your enquiry so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
- These Terms and Conditions apply when you, as a consumer, purchase from TROMFY™. By placing an order, you accept the Terms and Conditions that apply at the time of purchase.
- Last updated: 5 August 2026.
- Orders and customer responsibilities
- Once you have placed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. The order confirmation contains information about the products ordered, the price, payment and the delivery address.
- A binding agreement is formed when we send the order confirmation, provided that the order can be accepted and fulfilled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including obvious pricing errors, technical errors, suspected fraud, prohibited content or where a product cannot be supplied. If payment has already been completed, the relevant amount will be refunded.
- You, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing the order is accurate and complete. This includes your full name, delivery address, postcode, town or city, country, email address and the products ordered.
- The recipient’s name must be clearly displayed on the door or mailbox where this is required for the parcel to be delivered. The customer is also responsible for monitoring any tracking information and messages from the carrier.
- Always check the order confirmation immediately after making your purchase. If any information is incorrect, you must contact us immediately at contact@tromfy.com. We will try to correct the information, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after production, packing or dispatch has begun.
- 2.1 Customised stickers and uploaded material
-
For orders containing customised stickers, where you upload an image or create your own design, you are responsible for all material included in the design. By placing the order, you confirm that:
• you hold all rights, permissions and licences required to use the images, photographs, graphic elements, logos, text and other material included in the design,
• the uploaded material does not infringe another party’s copyright, trade mark rights, design rights, rights relating to names or images, or any other rights,
• the design does not contain illegal, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, offensive or otherwise prohibited content.
TROMFY AB does not routinely review uploaded designs to establish ownership, licensing or legal compliance. You are therefore responsible for ensuring that the design may lawfully be used and produced.
TROMFY AB reserves the right to refuse, stop or cancel the production of a design that is considered illegal, harmful, offensive, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
Customised stickers are made according to the customer’s personal specifications and are therefore normally excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. This does not affect the customer’s right to make a complaint about a faulty or defective product.
Uploaded images and design files are used to produce the order and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Under our production procedures, uploaded design files are automatically deleted once the order has been packed and prepared for dispatch, unless they must be retained for longer due to law, a complaint, a dispute or another legal obligation.
- Delivery
- The estimated delivery time is normally 4–14 days, depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, periods of high demand, customs processing or delays caused by the carrier.
- Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are normally processed no earlier than the next working day.
- If a delivery is delayed, please contact us at contact@tromfy.com. In the event of a significant delay, you have the rights provided by applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
- 3.1 Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- If a parcel is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete or unclear delivery address, or because the recipient’s name was not displayed on the door or mailbox, a charge of €5.95 will apply. If the order is refunded, this amount will be deducted from the refund.
- The €5.95 charge is intended to cover part of the costs incurred in connection with the order and return, including charges, shipping costs, packaging, handling and production.
- The customer may instead choose to have the parcel resent to a correct and complete address for €3.49 using standard untracked delivery or €5.49 using tracked delivery. The parcel will only be resent once the new address has been confirmed, the preferred shipping method has been selected and payment for the reshipment has been received.
- The charge will not apply where the return is caused by an error for which TROMFY AB or the carrier is responsible.
- 3.2 Uncollected parcels
- Failing to collect a parcel from a service point or collection location within the carrier’s collection period does not automatically constitute notice that the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal.
- If a parcel is not collected and is therefore returned to us, a charge of €9.49 will apply. If the order is refunded, this amount will be deducted from the refund.
- The €9.49 charge is intended to cover part of the costs incurred in connection with the order and return, including charges, outbound shipping, return shipping, packaging, handling and production.
- The charge will not apply where the customer was unable to collect the parcel due to an error for which TROMFY AB or the carrier is responsible.
- Prices and payment
- All prices in the online store are stated in the selected currency. Applicable VAT is included where required by law.
- Any shipping charges and other costs relating to the order are shown at checkout before the purchase is completed.
- Payment is made using the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment may be processed by an external payment provider and may therefore also be subject to that provider’s terms and conditions.
- We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, typographical errors, incorrect promotional prices or other incorrect information. If an error is discovered after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer before processing the order further.
- Discounts and promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Right of withdrawal and returns
- When you, as a consumer, enter into a distance contract, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins on the day that you, or a person appointed by you, receives the goods.
- 5.1 How to exercise the right of withdrawal
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must provide a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can contact us at contact@tromfy.com. Please provide your name, order number, email address and details of the products being returned.
- After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after providing notice of withdrawal.
- The return must be sent to TROMFY AB, Drottninggatan 12, 352 29 Växjö, Sweden, unless we provide different return instructions. Returns must not be sent cash on delivery or with charges payable by the recipient.
- The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. The customer is also responsible for packaging the goods securely and for the shipment until it has been received by us. We therefore recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- For a valid return, we will refund the amount to which the customer is entitled under applicable law. The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
- When the right of withdrawal is exercised, we will refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional delivery costs resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
- 5.2 Condition of the goods and diminished value
- You have the right to examine the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If the goods have been handled more than is necessary, we may make a deduction for any reduction in value caused by that handling.
- A sticker that has been applied to a card, cut, altered, damaged or used in a way that means it cannot be resold may have lost all or part of its value. Any deduction for diminished value will be assessed on the basis of the actual condition of the product.
- 5.3 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
- The right of withdrawal does not normally apply to customised stickers or other products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, including products produced using an image or design uploaded by the customer.
- The exception to the right of withdrawal does not affect the customer’s right to make a complaint about a product that is faulty, damaged or does not correspond to the order.
- Complaints and faulty goods
- If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or do not correspond to the order, you have the right to make a complaint under applicable consumer protection legislation.
- Under Swedish law, the statutory complaint period is normally three years from the date the goods were received. A complaint must be made within a reasonable period after the defect was discovered. A complaint made within two months of discovering the defect is always considered to have been made within a reasonable period.
- 6.1 How to make a complaint
- Complaints must be sent to contact@tromfy.com and include your name, order number, email address and a clear description of the defect. Please also include clear photographs or a video showing the issue where possible.
- Always contact us before returning a product that is the subject of a complaint. A return sent without prior contact may delay the handling of the matter.
- Where a complaint is accepted, we will remedy the defect at no cost to the customer, for example by providing a replacement, repairing the product, reducing the price or issuing a refund, depending on what is possible and what is required by law.
- TROMFY AB will cover the necessary return shipping costs for an accepted complaint.
- The right to complain does not cover faults or damage caused by an accident, incorrect application, abnormal use, lack of reasonable care or failure to follow the instructions, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
- Liability and force majeure
- TROMFY AB is responsible for its obligations under the agreement and under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
- We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil an obligation where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government decisions, major operational disruptions, industrial disputes, fire, epidemics, transport disruption or a supplier’s failure to deliver.
- If such circumstances arise, we will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible and will attempt to limit the consequences.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights the customer has under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
- Product information
- We aim to ensure that all product information, images and prices on the website are accurate. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, technical errors, colour variations, temporarily unavailable products and minor differences between product images and the actual product.
- Colours may appear differently depending on the screen, lighting, photography, image quality and resolution. Minor colour differences do not therefore automatically constitute a defect in the product.
- For customised products, the customer is responsible for the quality and suitability of the uploaded image. A low-resolution, dark, cropped or blurred image may affect the final result. However, we remain responsible for ensuring that the production reasonably corresponds to the material supplied and the information provided at the time of purchase.
- Product dimensions and compatibility information are provided on the relevant product page. The customer is responsible for checking that the selected product is suitable for the intended card before placing the order.
- Cookies
- The website uses cookies and similar technologies to enable the website and online store to function, to remember preferences and, where consent has been given, for analytics and marketing.
- Strictly necessary cookies may be used without consent where they are required to provide a function expressly requested by the customer, such as the shopping basket and checkout functions.
- Further information about the cookies used, their purposes, retention periods and how consent can be changed or withdrawn is available in our Cookie Policy and in the website’s cookie settings.
- Personal data
- TROMFY AB processes personal data for purposes including handling orders, payments, deliveries, customer service, returns, complaints, legal obligations and, where there is a lawful basis, marketing.
- Personal data is processed only where there is a lawful basis and is not retained for longer than is necessary for the relevant purpose or required by law.
- Information may be shared with service providers that require it to fulfil the purchase, including payment providers, e-commerce platforms, carriers, IT providers and customer service systems.
- Further information about how we process personal data, your rights and how to contact us regarding privacy matters is available in our Privacy Policy.
- Card compatibility and use
-
11.1 Card compatibility
Our card skins are decorative accessories intended for standard credit cards, debit cards and other payment cards. The customer is responsible for selecting the correct model and cut-out for their card and for checking any applicable rules imposed by their bank or card issuer. -
11.2 Application and removal
• The customer must follow the instructions provided for cleaning, application, use and removal.
• The sticker must not be positioned so that it covers the card’s chip, magnetic stripe, signature strip or any other feature that must remain visible or accessible.
• The adhesive is designed to be removable, but different card materials, finishes and conditions may react differently. The product must therefore be removed carefully in accordance with the instructions. -
11.3 Card functionality
Our products are designed to be used without interfering with the card’s normal functionality when the correct product is selected and applied properly. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every card material, card issuer, card reader or cash machine. -
11.4 No affiliation with banks or payment networks
Our products are third-party accessories and are not affiliated with, sponsored by or approved by any bank, card issuer or payment network, including Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Trade marks and logos belong to their respective owners. -
11.5 Damage caused by incorrect use
TROMFY AB is not responsible for damage caused by the customer through incorrect application, incorrect removal, the use of solvents or tools contrary to the instructions, or other abnormal use. This does not limit our responsibility for a faulty product or the customer’s rights under mandatory law.
- Governing law and dispute resolution
-
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through dialogue. Please contact us at contact@tromfy.com so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
If we are unable to reach an agreement, a consumer in Sweden may refer the dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, www.arn.se. We participate in its dispute resolution procedure and follow its recommendations.
A consumer resident in another country may have the right to refer the matter to an equivalent approved alternative dispute resolution body in their country.
A dispute may also be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits the consumer’s right to have a dispute determined in accordance with mandatory law.
